[Demo] Use HOMER Grid to Model a Hybrid System to Supply Power During Outages
HOMER Grid combines engineering and economics to rapidly perform complex calculations enabling you to compare design outcomes and consider options for minimizing project risk and reducing energy expenditures. This is a demonstration of using HOMER Grid to model a power system to provide continuous power to a critical electric load during a power outage. HOMER Grid can model two types of outages - infrequent extended outages that might be associated with a natural disaster, and more frequent random or planned outages for shorter periods of time.
