In this intermediate workshop, we will explore how MAXQDA’s visualization tools open new ways to see and communicate your data, analysis, and findings. Through an overview of the visualization tools, we will brainstorm how these tools provide alternative perspectives and can be integrated into qualitative data analysis and reports. Prior MAXQDA experience is helpful but not required.

Certified MAXQDA Trainer: Pei-Jung Li
Pei-Jung (she/her) holds a Ph.D. in Qualitative Research Methodology from Indiana University Bloomington with a minor in Learning Sciences. For over ten years, she has demonstrated her strong qualitative and mixed methods research experience, as evidenced by her journal publications and international conference presentations. She is a MAXQDA professional trainer since 2021 and has delivered over 30 workshops to date. Leveraging her experience in various qualitative research methodologies and analytical approaches, she offers consultation ranging from research design and materials to data analysis and writing. Examples of these methods and analytical approaches include ethnography, case study, art-based research, narrative inquiry, participatory research, thematic analysis, video analysis, and discourse analysis.
